If Ranorex Studio cannot recognize an element in a Delphi application or cannot retrieve its remote object pointer, verify that the application uses a supported Delphi version.
Ranorex cannot retrieve the remote object pointer
Ranorex tools or the test executable may be unable to retrieve the remote object pointer for a particular element or class when the application uses an unsupported Delphi version.
Ranorex currently supports:
- Delphi XE2 for 32-bit applications.
- Delphi XE3 and later for 32-bit and 64-bit applications.
